What we collect

When you order or contact us we collect your name, email address, country, the order details you type into our forms (such as subreddits, thread links and briefs), and your order history. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we never see or store your full card details.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver your orders, send order updates and finished content, answer your messages, prevent fraud, and meet legal and accounting obligations. If you request a quote, we use your answers to prepare a proposal.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to run the cart, checkout and your account. We may use analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser.

Who we share it with

We share data only with providers that help us run the service: our hosting provider, payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), email delivery and analytics. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes, and other data only as long as it’s useful to provide our services.
