Refund Policy

Before we start

You can cancel any order for a full refund before we begin writing it. Email us with your order number.

Declined orders

If we decline an order because it would break Reddit’s rules, a subreddit’s rules or our Terms of Service, you receive a full refund.

Revisions first

If the content we deliver doesn’t match your brief, we’ll revise it once for free. If the revised content still misses the brief, you can request a refund for that item.

Removed posts and comments

If a post or comment is removed within 7 days for a subreddit rule we should have caught, we’ll rewrite it once for free or refund that item.

Managed plans

Managed Reddit marketing plans run month to month. Cancel any time before your next month starts. The current month is not refundable once work has begun.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your provider.
